Data Update for ARIC Study

Data have been updated for the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities Study (ARIC) study including exam cycle v8, annual follow-up communication data for year 32, and data from the Proteomics ancillary study. Now available are data from v1-v8 examination cycles, collated annual follow-up communication data for contact years 2-32, and follow-up for mortality, heart disease, and stroke events through 2019 in addition to 21 ancillary studies.
Note, ARIC data is no longer available for request by for-profit entities.

Now available are data from v1-v7 examination cycles, collated annual follow-up communication data for contact years 2-31, and follow-up for mortality, heart disease, and stroke events through 2019 in addition to 20 ancillary studies.

Data available for request now include allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplants for sickle cell disease (Hb SS and Hb Sβ thalassemia) in the United States from January 1991 to December 2022, as well as follow-up data through May of 2023.
