Changes to BioLINCC Login Services

Updated guidelines from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) require that BioLINCC use a login system with enhanced security features and identity verification.

Non-NIH U.S.-based users will now need to verify their identity with Login.gov to continue to access the site. Instructions on how to verify your identity with Login.gov can be found at https://www.login.gov/help/verify-your-identity/overview/.

Non-U.S. based users will need to use ID.me as their login service. A partial list of documents used by ID.me to verify your account can be found at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/articles/26952364097559-Verify-with-ID-me-using-a-non-U-S-passport. ID.me has a help page located at https://help.id.me/hc/. Non-U.S. based users that previously used Login.gov to sign into the site will still be able to access their existing BioLINCC profile if the email address used to sign into ID.me matches the BioLINCC account.

NIH employees will continue to be able to use the existing NIH login option.
